Message from the ICSA Georgia Chapter Board

Dear ICSA/Georgia Members & Friends

Thanks for supporting our efforts in 2010.

As we move through this New Year of 2011, our team’s primary strategic goal is to increase membership and provide quality Chapter events and educational sessions to you, our supporters. We will focus our attention on areas you have told us you value most: meeting and networking with other customer service industry professionals, expanding and enhancing your customer service knowledge, sharing best practices and creating opportunities for professional development.

ICSA Georgia served as host chapter for the ICSA National Conference and Workshop in 2010 and we would like to thank all the supporters.

“Customer Service Professionals from all across the country and even as far as the West Indies converged in Atlanta at the Omni CNN Center for the 3 day event featuring three dynamic Keynotes; 13 educational sessions; networking; some incredible food; and tons of fun!”
